AccessoryAvenue.com offers FREE shipping on all USA orders over $150 by UPS Ground. The estimated delivery times and standard shipping charges are as follows:

Ground: 1-7 Business Days.

UPS 2 Day Delivery: 2 Business Days.

UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business day.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Guam Shipping:

Standard shipping is a flat fee of $25.00 with a 7 – 10 day delivery time.

International Shipping:

Priority Mail International- International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which includes a delivery confirmation number. Packages take approximately 10 business days barring any customs delays. This may vary per country. Please note that delivery confirmation is not a tracking number. This will only provide a confirmation once the package has been delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot be held accountable for customs delays.

Express Mail International- We highly recommend USPS Express Mail to our international customers. Though slightly more expensive this allows your package to be traceable and includes $100 insurance. Packages take 2 to 5 business days barring any customs delays. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot be held accountable for customs delays

Drop Ship Items

Drop ship items are shipped directly from the designer to your door. Please feel free to contact us at info@accessoryavenue.com if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

Shipping restrictions

UPS is unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items.

RETURN POLICY
Jewelry & Handbags:  All jewelry and handbag items should be returned new, unused, and within 15 days after receiving your order for a refund. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.  
Please Note:  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  
Headpieces: Due to sanitary health concerns, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on all hair accessory items.
Sashes/Belts: All sashes and belts are made to order with custom ribbon color so unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Final Sale items may not be returned.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

Item availability

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Pre-Orders

Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for preorder items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we can't control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers. Preorder items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will charge your card for the full amount once the order has shipped. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will contact you via email. We will accept cancellations on preorder items if cancelled before the expected ship date.

Custom Order

Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. A custom order is an item that we do not carry in stock and that is a special order for each customer. This includes headpieces/hair accessories and fascinators. Email us with any questions prior to purchasing a custom piece.
